Q: How secure is ProForecast?

- ProForecast uses a cloud based system to store all of the data. This means that you have easy access to your data from any device that has internet connectivity.

- Cloud based systems can incorporate multiple layers of security. At ProForecast only use European based servers and our IT platform is based on Microsoft Azure.

Q: What happens if there are no templates or business logic modules to cover my requirements?

- Whilst ProForecast is very flexible and comprehensive, we know that no two businesses are the same. So our development programme is led by our users. This gives you a direct say in what you want built in.

- Our philosophy of making every option available to all users gives you the confidence that you will always have the latest and best product.

- ProForecast will be continuously adding business logic and templates, you can read more about our business models here. We intend to maintain our position as a leading forecasting tool.

Q: Does the inbuilt Artificial Intelligence skew the results?

- With most forecasting tools, the number of variables creates areas of conflict, producing unreliable outputs. With ProForecast our calculation engine incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI), which stops those conflicts.

- The calculation engine and AI validate all data to ensure that there is no distortion of the forecast.

Q: Will I have an individual account manager?

- Every ProForecast user will have their own named account manager, who will provide them with a personalised support service.

Q: How long am I tied into a contract?

- Our subscriptions can be terminated with 7 days’ notice prior to the monthly renewal date.

Q: How quickly will you respond to my technical queries?

- Your Account Manager will respond to your queries within the same business day if possible and if they are not available a colleague will assume responsibility.

Q: How will I update my software?

- As ProForecast is in the cloud, all updates will be automatic, so there is only ever one version. Therefore, you will always be up to date without having to worry about updates and security patches.

Q: How can I upgrade my account?

- We do not have tiered subscriptions, you will always have access to all of ProForecast's features. The only upgrade available is the ability to add more users to your account.
