We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and energetic person to add to our small, but growing team here in Sunderland.
Opened in February 2017, ProForecast has made real progress in the software sector, offering a comprehensive cloud-based tool to assist with forecasting and planning. We now have staff based in two countries and are looking for the right person to help us in our ambitious growth plans.
As a technical support advisor, you would be completing a wide-range of tasks. From the outset, we would expect you to learn the ins and outs of our software, so that you were able to confidently deal with any technical support queries you may receive from our customer base.
We need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can organise and prioritise tasks and support queries. Basic knowledge of database servers, & virtual machines is essential and a knowledge of .NET, C#, & SQL Server would be an advantage.
Given the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who has experience dealing with people over the phone, ideally in a support capacity. However, maybe even more importantly, we want someone committed to joining us on our business journey, and someone comfortable working in our fun, close-knit team environment.
Hours – Monday to Friday, 9-5
Location – Quay West, Sunderland
